From a young age, my family had a tradition of gathering at my grandmothers house for elaborate Sunday dinners. Being surrounded by good company and amazing food sparked my interest in cooking for others. Being able to provide the same feeling of joy and allow people to create the memories I experienced growing up is a big reason as to why I pursued this business. Following my grandmothers passing, my mom and I inherited the role of cooking Sunday dinners to keep the tradition alive. This responsibility allowed me to test my limits and push me as a budding chef. This allowed me to create a strong foundation for my culinary capability and has paved the way for where I am today.

I have always been fascinated by restaurants and quickly immersed myself in the industry in any way I could to get as much exposure as possible while working as a prep cook, bartender, and caterer. Witnessing first hand all the aspects of a cohesive restaurant made my appreciation for food and cooking grow exponentially. As I tried new recipes, I quickly became inspired to elevate each dish.

It brings me joy to share my love for cooking with others. Passion drives the entire vision of our business, cooking with creativity through carefully curated recipes, detailed processes behind the meals, and an aesthetic visual presentation.
